Game: Starshine
In this game, you have to shoot at a star which then causes a chain-reaction. The hard part is getting the chain-reaction to go in the right directions to hit all the other stars.

Hoshi Saga
...is a flash-puzzle where you need to find stars (literally translates to "search a star" in Japanese).
It has a very unique interaction style to it, with simple yet effective graphics.
Warning, this was really addictive.
